Whispers

Whispers bind my hands and feet

And I can’t stand the noise

Whispers echo, reverberate, and fade away

Behind my eyes ripple the patterns of;

Color is sound, is beauty, is wonderful

Is happy is lovely is glory is you

Whispers bind my hands and feet like sinews

Of precious metals melting and glistening in the center of the sun

And the sight is not to be missed

Sweet whispers traverse the night

And leave their candy kisses on my lips

Licorice and cherry like the taste of your lipgloss and the cloves you smoke

Echoes of us dance,

Vibrate on in new resplendence, but fade away

Whispers of you drip in my ears

And bind my soul to your memory

The resulting lost mental circulation

Whispers this crazy ennomenclated as love

Whispers of your body bind my hands like bondage;

I stand enslaved to the thought of you

With shackles so sweet as to make my heart weep

I find that you’re dug in so deep;

My heart will always be yours to keep

Escape became “très” foolish

When whispers of lovemaking bound my hands and feet

Ensconced in the tune of your beauty everlasting

This memory of you, considering the absence of you is taxing

Whispers bind my hands and feet like nightmares

And guilt over the things we did in the night

Daymares haunt my summertime

As I recall us on the beach

Your body, so tan, looking so sweet

Whispers of you my sultry mistress bind my hands and feet

Standing alone but tall in the face of your effigy

Whispers of your new boyfriend bind my hands and feet

Have you forgotten me, my angel, my love

Whispers of jealousy bind my hands and feet

From losing your care and affection

Your lovemaking and our connection

I will not concede defeat.

Whispers of love bind me so sweet

And I cannot stand the noise

The silence is deadening

In this war of deaf roses

Lost love, and passion's bleeding itself out on the floor

A history of worth and something out of our past

Whisper thoughts of you so sweet

All these songs hold fast like

Rubber cement of my memory

Steely in my resolve to not make the mistake of

Letting you be the one that got away

Though the words I use don't seem inclined to convince you to remain

Instead I hope and I pray

Whispers of beautiful everything blow into my mind

Whispers of lust bind my hands and feet

Imagining your hips sway

From the day you walked away

You're everything I  need and never knew I wanted

Unflinchingly whispers wind like winds and blow you my feelings

You never replied, concealing whether you didn't love me enough to stay
